RETURN POLICY

We aim to process refunds within 7 days from when we receive the return items at our holding area.

Replacements will be delivered within the timelines set out in our shipping policy.

To ensure your refund or replacement request is successful please:

♦ Contact customer service on [email protected] or phone: 0722-476689 to inform them of the return and return or replacement request.

♦ Confirm that the item to be returned is in the original packaging, is sealed (except for faulty items), and that all components are attached (no missing item)

♦ Once the items passes a quality check at our holding area, Elegantly African will refund the full amount paid, less any shipping charges incurred during delivery if the reasons for the return was a change of mind, or ordered a replacement according to your instructions.

♦ You will send the products to the address provided to you by our customer care team.

♦ Upon arrival in our holding office, we will conduct a quality check of the item to determine whether a return is valid.

♦ If a return is invalid (does not meet the conditions above), we will notify you and send the items back to you.

After this check, we will proceed with the replacement as necessary.

♦ We DO NOT accept returns of such items more than 72 hours from the delivery time.

***Returns on these items are allowed if sent back with the delivery rider at the time of delivery (return on the spot)
